The items we sell are vintage and are not in perfect condition. Imperfections are to be expected.
Our furniture shows its age and is sold "as is." If applicable, we will mention any major flaw in our brief description
of the piece and will include a photo detail. If you have concerns, please email us for further information.

SHIPPING
Shipping is NOT INCLUDED in the prices stated on our website, as shipping costs vary greatly based on a number
of factors. When purchasing an item, you have a few options:
1 - Pick up your item at our warehouse at 1248 Turnbull Bay Road, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. After purchasing your
item online, email us with your arrival day and time. We will meet you at the warehouse for pick up. No charge, of course!
2 - Make arrangements for shipping. We are a small company and do not have in-house shipping capability. We've found
that it works best if the buyer handles shipping arrangements from your end. There are many decisions to be made about
scheduling, price, etc and it is more efficient if you communicate with the shipper directly.
We recommend UShip. They are reliable, reasonable, easy to work with. The process is simple:
Go to uship.com. Click on Get Estimate > Household Items > Furniture. Enter each item with dimensions and weight. UShip
might ask for photos; use a screen shot from our BeachTownRattan website.
UShip will show a range of estimates ... lowest ever charged, highest ever charged and average charged. The shippers are
independent contractors so prices vary. If you like the estimates, click on "Create A Listing." That opens the job to bids.
Shippers will contact you with their price and schedule. You will probably have several responses. You can say no if you
don't like a price, then wait for a better bid. Or you can sometimes negotiate.
If you decide to proceed with UShip, let us know when the shipper wants to pick up at our warehouse and we will meet
him. We will send you an invoice for the merchandise via PayPal and you can pay us online with your credit card.
3 - If you prefer, you can make your own shipping arrangements using resources that you have trusted in the past. After
purchasing your item on our website, email us the shipping details and we will be available at the warehouse for your
shipper to pick up your item. You are responsible for paying the shipping charges directly to the shipper of your choice.
We will hold your merchandise for no longer than 30 days. We are not responsible for items lost
or damaged once they have left our warehouse.
